Director Rob Cohen, who took over the franchise from Stephen Sommers, is blogging about the production of The Mummy 3. In The Mummy 3, Maria Bello will replace Rachel Weisz as the character of Evelyn. The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor is expected to be released on 1st August, 2008 in the US.
