Here is an excerpt of the review;
The story unfolded over a mile of physical territory in the Colombian jungle and was choreographed to create the illusion of a real-time crisis. A group of small-time thieves led by a foul mouthed and short-tempered Benjamin (Hugo Pereira) huddles in the back of a truck, donning masks as they stop near a house for a home invasion. After killing a barking dog in the yard, Benjamin’s gang storms inside the home, and binds and gags Elvia (Merida Urquia), husband Solomon (Daniel Paez) and their children.
Finding that Solomon has much less cash than Benjamin apparently expected, the gang resorts to harsher measures to extract money. A two-section PVC tube, containing what looks very much like a bomb on a timer, is placed around Elvia’s neck.
Benjamin and his hoods escape then leave this poor family there with the bomb around this poor lady’s neck. Going against the instructions of Benjamin, Solomon calls the Colombian cops. Solomon and his daughter (Liz Pulido) accompany Elvia by car, foot and hand-operated train car in a race against time to arrive at the meeting spot designated by the Colombian cops.
The pvc neck bomb occasionally sends out a beep that freaks out Elvia and her family. This bomb could go off at any minute. Upon arriving at the meeting spot, the army cordons off the area around the super stressed Elvia, as a soldier (Alberto Sornoza) tries to dismantle the bomb.
