Mumbai is in a deplorable state with regards to its power requirement. The outskirts have already started regular load shedding whereas the whole of Mumbai will start soon. Well, the funny part is that of a very common sight - the street lamps in Mumbai are so well lit up during daytime. So, who is really wasting the power?
Here is a picture set to prove the contradictory reaction from the authorities. While we see huge billboards urging the people to save power; it is being wasted elsewhere.

Mumbai doesn’t really have a shortage - this was just cooked up so that these power utilities could charge more.
