Five out of the six most successful Web 2.0 companies profiled by CNN Money are from California, USA. Looks like some of the smartest people lives in California or moved to California or works from California.
Tip: If you need to have a successful startup, move and start your office in California, USA! 
Of course, everybody in the tech world knows the story of Sergey Brin and Larry Page of Google who started their company from a garage, rented from a woman who’s now Brin’s sister-in-law. They bought the house last October to preserve this piece of the Google legacy.
