Angelina Jolie has given birth to twins at a hospital in France, BBC reports. The Lenval hospital in Nice told a local newspaper that a healthy boy and girl were delivered by Caesarian section on Saturday evening. Jolie and Brad Pitt have named the boy Knox Leon and the girl, Vivienne Marcheline. Security at the hospital has been intense to prevent the paparazzi from taking pictures of the family.
Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt already have a daughter together - Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt, who was born in Namibia in 2006. They have also adopted three more children - Cambodian-born son Maddox, daughter Zahara from Ethiopia and Pax, from Vietnam.
